UPDATE – November 19th, 2018 – More than 250 athletes came out to Coquitlam to take part in this year’s November Sessions … there were highs, there were lows, but the atmosphere and vibe was always electric… Thanks to all the athletes, route-setters, sponsors, spectators, and most importantly the volunteers who made this an awesome event!

Coquitlam gym closures for November Sessions:

  • Nov. 15th: Bouldering closed all day. Bring ear plugs, rest of the gym will be noisy until 4pm
  • Nov. 16th: Entire gym closed for setup and preparations
  • Nov. 17th-18th: Entire gym closed for November Sessions (Spectators welcome to come!)
  • Nov. 19th: Hours return to normal

Climb Base5 North Vancouver will be open as usual.

FREE CLIMBING AT NORTH VANCOUVER!

Since Coquitlam will be preparing and hosting The November Sessions between November 15th and 18th, we’re offering our Coquitlam punch pass holders free climbing at the North Vancouver gym over these days!

All you have to do is show your punch pass to our North Van desk staff.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – Help us out and you’ll get free food, drinks, an official comp t-shirt, and front-row seats to all the action!

Make sure you mark your calendars for one of the biggest and most exciting bouldering competitions in Western Canada… For 2018, the November Sessions will be taking place at Climb Base5’s Coquitlam location from Nov 17th and 18th!

This official Sport Climbing BC event will take place over two days for every age level and ability. The categories will be Advanced, Experienced, Masters, Open, Recreational, and Youth B, C, and D.

Visitors are welcome to watch and encouraged to cheer on the athletes!

How to Register

REGISTRATION CLOSED

You must register online. You will be sent to the Sport Climbing BC website where you can sign in if you’re already a SCBC member. If not, you can join as a member (select “Pay as you go” – there’s a $5 membership fee). Once you’re a SCBC member, you can register for The November Sessions.

Price

  • Early Registration (until Nov. 4th) – $55 / $50 for Recreational, Experiences and Masters (you get an official November Sessions Comp T-Shirt)
  • Late Registration (until. Nov.11) – $65 / $60 for Recreational, Experiences and Masters (no shirt)
  • Late Registration – will be accepted as per the Late Registration Policy. Email the SCBC Registrar to register after Nov 11th – $140 ($75 Penalty Fee + $65 Reg Fee)
  • No ‘Day of’ Registrations / No Exceptions
