The GECKOS course combines climbing with games and activities, to make this the perfect camp for young climbers.

**Summer gymnastics combo camp delayed until further notice**
Ages 6-13
$405 per week
We’ve partnered with Club Aviva gymnastics to provide a fun and interactive school break camp that will combine climbing and gymnastics to challenge the mind and body. Take advantage of two great activities in one easy location!
Open to children ages 6-13 years old, this week-long 9:00am-3:30pm combo camp will have participants climbing and bouncing all over. Participants will spend half the day (3 hours) with Club Aviva playing games, doing crafts, and learning gymnastics skills and the other half the day (3 hours) with Climb Base5 learning rock climbing techniques and safety skills in a fun environment.
Please bring a lunch and two snacks. Lunch will be from 12:00 – 12:30 and there will be two snack breaks.
Both Club Aviva and Climb Base5 have friendly and experienced certified instructors that are eager and excited to teach your children in a fun, safe, unique environment!

Not available for school break camps. We hope to bring these camps back for summer. We’ve partnered with Cycling BC’s iRide program to provide a week-long full-day biking & rock climbing camp that offers a fun, safe, educational and exciting introduction to rock-climbing and multi-discipline biking.
Each day participants will start with a iRide cycling session and learn how to ride a velodrome bicycle, learn BMX jumps and perfect their mountain bike skills. In the afternoon, participants will be learning how to belay, top-rope and climb faster than ever before at Climb Base5. Each day includes 3hrs of cycling and 3hrs of rock climbing.
All rental bike gear and climbing gear are provided. Cycling BC provides bicycle storage for the week of the camp. Bicycle storage is provided by Cycling BC.
Note: Due to COVID-19, transport between climbing and cycling venues will NOT be provided this year. Parents should be prepared to shuttle their kids between locations.

- Safety equipment set-up and checks
- Knot tying
- Belaying (Rope Management)
- Movement Skills
- Bouldering, Top Roping, & Auto-Belay
- Games and activities that go hand in hand with a day of climbing
iRide Activities
To be determined and can include:
- Safety skills
- Velodrome sessions (for 2 days)
- Mountain biking skills
- BMX riding (1 day)
- Basic cycling skills
Participants are responsible for lunches, snacks and hydration. For Riders, please also make sure to bring gloves, all-weather clothing, bike helmet, and a bicycle (bike rentals are also available).
